Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy 


Orders ship the same day if they are received by 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.

The shipping charge reflected on your order confirmation e-mail will be the correct shipping cost.

  • FedEx Priority Overnight: Delivery by10:30 a.m., next business day.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: Afternoon delivery, next business day.
  • FedEx Express Saver: Afternoon delivery, third business day.
  • Fed Ex Ground: 1-5 business days within 48 contiguous states.

Please call for rates and availability for Saturday Delivery orders.

Fed Ex shipments are covered by insurance that guarantees that Bass Mafia Tackle, LLC. will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Note: Priority Mail, World Mail, and Express Mail do not offer a tracking service, and are NOT insured. Bass Mafia Tackle will not replace packages that are lost or stolen if Priority Mail, World Mail, or Express Mail was the method of shipment chosen by the customer. Bass Mafia Tackle, LLC. will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address. If we are not notified of an address change before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will not be accepted.

  • Express Mail: overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes:
  • Parcel Post: Delivery in 2 to 8 days
  • First Class Mail: Delivery within 3 days in most cases.weight must be less than 13oz 


Return Policy


You may return the products you purchased from us with proof of purchase within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.  After 15 days from the purchase date, all electronics, reels, and rods that are covered by a manufacturer's warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer.  If you have a question about our return policy that is not addressed on your invoice, please call to speak with a customer service representative who will be able to give you return information specific to the product you wish to return.


Warranty/Defective Product Policies


If you receive a product either from the manufacturer or BMT Outdoors, LLC. that you deem defective,  you may return it within 30 days for our inspection to determine whether or not our warranty will apply.  The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received along with proof of purchase. The item must be in the original packaging.  Clothing must be unworn.  If upon inspection, the item is determined to be defective, BMT Outdoors, LLC. will replace the item  or refund the product cost and return shipping only.  All original shipping fees and taxes incurred will not be refunded.
